Before we get started, I think it’s important that I share a little of my story with you. After all, you are trusting me with the most vulnerable pieces of you and it’s only fair that I also share in the vulnerability. How else will we get to know each other?

Hail! Go Blue! I was born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI, in a multi-generational household where values of faith, family, community, and equality were deeply ingrained in my everyday life. I became a mom at 18 and this is when I like to say "the rubber hit the road and real life began". Through marriage, divorce, lack of support, job loss, and church hurt.. just to name a few, I have grown, developed, and become a wiser, more discerning, intentional, and empathetic human. These challenges granted me the opportunity to apply textbook and real-life skills to experience healthy relationships, a supportive circle, entrepreneurship, and stronger faith. I'm a mother of 30+ years, a grandmother, a daughter, and a friend.
I have been a coach both professionally and in the capacity of a confidant, leader, and community member for the majority of my life. In spite of my challenges and as a result of my wins, it's now time for me to use those bumps, bruises, and successes to create a path of clarity and provide tools and resources for you.
